Harmonic Egg ($75 for first session)
The Harmonic Egg® is a wooden structure made of sacred geometry components. There is a 12-sided panel on the inside and outside. The golden mean ratio was used for the width and length. There is a hexagon platform upon which a zero gravity chair has been placed. Clients recline in the chair, diffuse colored light fills the chamber and gentle music resonates from a speaker on each side. The type of music chosen is based on your intended outcome for the session. Clients relax in the chair for a total of 50 minutes while this gentle but powerful work is done for you. Harmonic Egg sessions can help you sleep better, stop overthinking, make decisions easier, and help your body set an ideal condition for healing physically as well as emotionally. A short consultation is included in your session.

Karuna Reiki ($90)

I will provide a Reiki energy healing using a specific type of Reiki called Karuna Reiki. Karuna means compassion in Sanskrit and Karuna Reiki can address both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being, making it a perfect tool to navigate stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and other heightened emotions. By channeling healing energy through gentle touch or even from a distance, reiki helps to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm. So, whether you're looking for deep relaxation or simply need a moment away from the daily stressors of life, prioritizing a self-care routine such as reiki can truly make a difference.
