An ancient healing practice for today's world, Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique used to reduce physical and emotional stress, promote relaxation, and increase spiritual well-being. Reiki practitioners use their hands to regulate the flow of energy within your body, improving the balance of your energy field which supports your body's own natural healing process. Hi! I'm Catia!

My journey with holistic healing began in 2010, when my Mom was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma and was told she only had months left to live. After a 3 year journey, time granted to her from alternative medicine treatments, she passed away on March 25, 2013, ultimately guiding me to my purpose and setting me on a path that the Lakota people call the Red Path, where I knew healing would become a part of my mission in some way.

I graduated shortly after from CU Denver with a bachelors degree in English Writing and chose holistic healing topics or methods for many of the papers I wrote and I also wrote my senior thesis paper on Holistic Healing and why I felt this approach was needed in Western medicine.

In 2018 I took an Astrology level 1 course that really tapped me into who I really was. From there I began working to open and trust my intuition and suppressed psychic mediumship gifts and diving deep into the second part of my education into several different schools of thought such as astrology, numerology, human design, ayurveda, psychology and trauma healing, ancestral healing, Starseed lineages, and working personally with different plant/earth medicines, such as Kambo, Bufo, Kanna and Mushrooms.

In 2021 I became certified Kambo Medicine Carrier through
Kambo Frog Detox, and I took a psychic mediumship development course with Lisa Gunshore.

In 2023 I earned certificates in Holographic Sound Healing with Dr Paul Hubbert and also became a Karuna Reiki Master. As of late, I’m currently 6 months into a 2 year facilitator program for Inner-Mapping Methodology and Plant Medicine Facilitation under the world renowned Dr. Armand Bytton.

I’m almost 1 year into a 2 year Herbalism program with Sage Mauer and the Gaia School of Healing, and in a few weeks I’ll also be initiated as a Munay-Ki Rights Earthkeeper through the Four Winds Society and Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos and will be offering the Munay-Ki Initiation and transmission as one of my services.

Long story short, I’ve spent the last several years educating myself and honing my gifts to do what I love most which is holding space for others to heal and align to their highest self.

My current purpose statement I have been living by since 2021 is “I am here to create and hold sacred space for healing and soul alignment” and it really just encapsulates my mission here on Earth.

I had my first harmonic egg session in 2021 and knew that one day I would love to own one and have a wellness center one day. I’ve been a member of Sound Mind & Body since January 2023 and have spent the last 2 years connecting and working with Sharon and this Harmonic Egg.

I am a firm believer in all the ways it has helped and fueled my personal journey of healing to arrive here as its current owner. I feel incredibly grateful to be taking over the reigns of what Sharon has so lovingly created here and I hope to continue serving and holding space for you all in your wellness journeys as you join me in this next chapter of mine.
